No, at this time we are not planning on offering a catalog.

As we strive to keep our products available as often as possible, from time to time we do run short. It’s always best to order sufficient quantity at one time to ensure you have our products always available.

A contract packer, or co-packer, is a company that manufactures and packages foods or other products for their clients. Non Disclosure Agreements are established to insure that the client’s recipes are protected and remain unique to each client. That means that no one else can use the recipe, it is unique in the marketplace. It is then the clients’ challenge to market and distribute the product. A co-packer works under contract with the hiring company to manufacture food as though the products were manufactured directly by the hiring company.

Private-label products are typically those manufactured or provided by the Private-labeling company for offer under another company’s brand name. The recipes are created and owned by the Private-labeling company and are available to any of their customers. They are often positioned as lower-cost alternatives to regional, national or international brands, although recently some private label brands have been positioned as “premium” brands to compete with existing “name” brands. In either case, the recipe used is often marketed under many different brand names. For example, you can buy several differently labeled BBQ Sauces at a specialty shop and, if they are Private-labeled, it is possible that they are the exact same recipe.

We ship using UPS and USPS. We reserve the right to upgrades shipments (at our expense).

Depending on what service you pick at checkout will determine the delivery date. Order before 1pm EST and the order will shipped the same day.

At this time we don’t offer any international shipping.

Shipping and handling will be automatically calculated during checkout depending on the shipping service chosen.

UPS 2-Day service and UPS Overnight delivery is available.

We wouldn’t have it any other way. All transactions take place on a secure server. Your information is encrypted before it is sent through the Internet. Of course if you still don’t feel comfortable entering your credit card information online, no problem – just contact us and we will gladly take your order over the phone

YES, we know that this is a very sensitive issue for our customers, and the ensuing trust that you are placing with us is very important.

If your not 100% satisfied with our products, please contact us to straighten out the issue.

We accept the following credit cards; MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover as well as payment through your PayPal account or if you don’t have a PayPal account we can process your order via PayPal alternate processing.

Our products are packaged the same as you would find in any local supermarket to preserve the freshness of the product.
