Ingredients

BrainRub seasoning

Chicken (skin-on, bone-in -- your choice of cut -- drumsticks pictured)

LargoRado BBQ Sauce

Directions

Rinse chicken and pat dry

Rub with a generous amount of BrainRub and chill in the fridge 30 minutes (or more).

Smoke 1 hour at 225F

Finish on the grill to score, making sure internal temperature reaches 165F or more.

Drizzle with LargoRado BBQ Sauce while its on the grill to caramelize the sauce.

Let rest 5-10 minutes.

Serve with LargoRado BBQ Sauce to taste.
