1 lb. Fresh Green Beans
2 T Sesame oil
1 T Minced garlic
2 t Lemon juice
3 T MarcoPollo All Purpose Marinade
Cut the tips off the green beans, cut to desired size and wash thoroughly.
Add sesame oil and minced garlic to a hot pan or wok. Saute until garlic begins to change color to light brown.
Add green beans to pan and sauté until they are about 80% cooked to your liking.
Add Marco Pollo All Purpose Marinade , lemon juice and continue to sauté until the green beans are as soft as you like them. ENJOY!!
Shortcut for smaller amounts: Steam/boil 6-8 oz green beans until just under done.
Drain, and toss in pan with 1 Tbsp Marco Pollo All Purpose Marinade
Sauté over med heat to desired texture.
