2 tsp MojoSecado
1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
2 Marzano tomatoes diced (optional)
Cut, pit and scoop out avocado
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl
Press plastic wrap onto the exposed surface area of the guacamole removing all air bubbles, so it won't 'rust.'
Chill in the fridge 30 minutes.
