10 oz. shredded (cooked) chicken
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
8 oz. shredded cheddar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. ranch or bleu cheese dressing
2 tsp celery flakes
5.5 oz (1 bottle) Limanero Hot Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Bake 30 minutes in a pyrex or casserole dish.
(Hint: punch it up to broil for the last few minutes to get a nice brown crust on top.)
Serve with pita chips or sliced, toasted baguette or ciabatta bread.
