One package of Whole Chicken Wings. (Usually 6-8 wings in a package)
6 oz. MarcoPollo All Purpose Marinade. (Or as much as is necessary to properly marinate the chicken.)
Rinse the wings and carefully cut off the tips. (You don’t have to cut off the tips; I just prefer them that way.)
Place wings in a securely closing bag or secure container.
Add MarcoPollo All Purpose Marinade, seal, and chill. Allow them to marinate for at least an hour. The longer the better!
Grill over low heat, basting often until crispy brown.
(Or place on a wire rack in a pan and bake in the oven at 350F for 45 minutes. Finish on broil 5 minutes to crisp up the skin.)
