Pork Shoulder (Boneless Blade Steaks) cubed
Oil (Peanut, canola, vegetable--your choice!)
In a large sauce pan or pot, heat oil to 350 F
Carefully drop in cubed meat (to avoid splashing) Do not overload the pot! If you are making a large batch, fry a little at a time.
Fry them 6-8 minutes until toasty brown.
Toss in MojoSecado seasoning to taste.
