2-3 Tbsp MojoSecado dry seasoning blend
1 lb Skirt Steak
Soft taco shells
Lettuce
Tomato
Mojo Sour Cream (Recipe here: https://senorpelon.com/recipe/mojo-sour-cream/ )
Señor Pelon's Limanero Hot Sauce
Whatever else you like on your tacos!
Rub MojoSecado on skirt steak (more to taste) and chill in the fridge 30-40 minutes or more.
Grill to temp (we like medium rare)
Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Warm taco shells in oven.
Build your tacos to your liking!
