1 lb. lean ground beef

1 lb. lean ground turkey

1 cup Panko bread crumbs

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup MarcoPollo All Purpose Marinade

2 eggs


Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. I use my hands to make sure all the ingredients have been well incorporated, but a mixing spoon works as well.

Place the meat mixture in a baking dish. I used two foil baking pans in the pictured example.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour. Use a meat thermometer to ensure your personal level of doneness. Enjoy!
