MarcoPollo Pulled Chicken

 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cleaned and thawed)
 4 oz MarcoPollo marinade

Marinade chicken in MarcoPollo overnight in the fridge.

Put it all in a crock pot on low for 3-5 hours (until it gives up and shreds easily with a fork)

When done to your satisfaction, remove the chicken from the crock pot leaving the jus behind.

Once it is cool enough, shred the chicken, removing any fat or undesirable parts.

Remove some or most of the jus from the crock and place the shredded chicken back into the crock to come back up to temperature before serving. (You want the chicken to have some jus, but it doesn't have to be swimming.)
