 1 lb shrimp (your choice)
 2 Tbsp MojoSecado
 2 Tbsp Butter
 1/2 cup White or Rose Wine of your choice
 I cup Broccoli crowns (cut to bite-size)
 8 oz Pasta (your choice, and add more if you like.)
 Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Mix MojoSecado and thawed shrimp in a bowl and chill 30-40 minutes.

Boil Pasta to just underdone

Drain and set aside pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the starchy water.

Melt butter in a large Sauté pan over med-medium high heat.

Add 1/4 cup of wine and shrimp.

Stirring and flipping frequently, cook until shrimp are no longer translucent and turn white and pink. (4-6 minutes)

Stir in broccoli, pasta, pasta water, and the rest of the wine (1/4 cup). Cover.

Simmer, stirring frequently, until Broccoli is tender to your liking and pasta is just al dente. (3-5 minutes)

Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Finish with Parmesan Cheese to taste.
