4 oz shredded carrot

2.5 Tbsp MojoSecado seasoning

1.5 tsp salt

2.75 tsp sugar

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp EVOO

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
